Hampton H15 bDirectt Vent

anyone have any info/opinions on this little unit? How much are they new? Someone is selling one used by me for $150. It is 3 years old. Are these things something that one should avoid used? Would it heat a 700 sq ft basement. I really know nothing about them so any info is helpfull.
