| We own a HarmanXXV Pellett stove, and absolutely love it!
The only thing we don't like is how black the glass gets.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to prevent this? Is their something on the market for this problem? To clean it, we have to use oven cleaner, otherwise it won't come off. |

| It sounds to me your stove needs adjustment. Go to www.hearth.com and ask over there. That's where all the experts are and I guarantee you'll get a good answer. |
