| I want to refi our home, but I don't like the fact that I have to wait for weeks until the appraisal comes back in order to lock in a rate.
Wall Street says this site normally has the lowest rate and allows you to lock in a rate when the application and sent and accepted. It says they are * Fannie Mae Approved Lender
Can anyone think of any downsides in using them?
