| I created a spreadsheet that calculates a lot of the mortgage qualifying numbers (DIT, PITI, Front-End Ratio, Back-End Ratio) and does the math for you. All you have to do is enter your monthly expenses, your monthly income (BEFORE taxes) and the estimated new loan information (the length of term, interest rate, loan amount, estimated taxes and estimated insurance premium).
Would anyone be interested in using it? If so just send me an email and I'll email it to you. It was created using M$ Excel but if you don't have the program you can save it to Google Docs and use it thru Google's online spreadsheet editor. Email: rlndeep8 @ yahoo.com

| Couldn't you just upload it as a google doc, then post a link and everybody could have access it without emailing individually? |
