Help with Health Insurance Agency!

Conventry Health Insurance has been wrongfully double billing my brother for an office visit. He called them, they admitted the mistake, but they haven't corrected it yet. Subsequently, he's been getting phone calls and bills from thier collections department.

He does not owe them! This has been going on for three months now. He has all the phone calls documented. What state and federal regulatory agencies can he write or call to get Coventry to knock off the crap? Congress?

He should write a real, old-fashioned letter (not an email) to the CEO of Coventry, the Chief Financial Officer and copy his state Insurance Commissioner. I'd bet that gets results.
