If you know anyone who is considering filing for bankruptcy, they should read this article. The laws changed considerably in 2005 and it's a more difficult process now.

Thanks for the update and the info, jkom51.

The big shot financial guys didn't like the little guys leaving them holding the (empty) bag.

So it's become more difficult.

That said ...we really should plan ahead ... and pick up our own marbles.
