The Boomers, who've enjoyed those big houses, now approaching retirement, won't need such biggies any more, so there may be more houses of that type than potential buyers ... and, in the light of the erosion of high-paying jobs in our area, possibly far more than potential buyers with the wherewithal. And in the marketplace - those latter are the only ones that count! o j |
