HAVE: Wanted: Instructions for potholder loom afghan

I am looking for the instructions that show you how to make afghan squares using a pot holder loom. These instructions did not come with potholder loom. You use regular yarn and weave it on pot holder loom. Then you can slip the woven squares off the loom and sew together to make afghan. I had inst. but lost in a move about 27 years ago.
