HAVE: angelina fibre?

If anyone has any knowledge about this heat set product and it's use I would appreciate your expertise. I found lots of sites that sell the fibre but nothing that really tells me how to use that on fabric. I think it is beautiful and have seen some work done with it but don't want to fly blind with this. The book is selling for 25.00 and that is a UK price so probably more like 35.00 I have found that everytime I buy a book of instruction it never seems to hit on what I want to use it for.

Jesse, I am waiting for a package from E-quilter should arrive tomorrow, and I have Angelina in the order, from what I understand, you can add other fibers into the angelina, you press it or heat set, between teflon sheets, or freezer paper, it doesn't stick to the fabric, you have to sew it down, it can be cut into shapes or patterns, will let you know in a few days, how it works, I figured for a few dollars I needed to try this new embelishment.
