| The reason you don't see Dexatrim anymore (other than the "natural" one) is because PPA (phenylpropanolamine) (the active ingredient in Dexatrim and other diet pills) was banned a year or two ago by the FDA because of the high incidence of hemorrhagic strokes linked to this product.
