Michael Thurmond's 6-week body make over program

Hi all!

Happy Holidays,

I've received my 6-week make over kit, and i am body type" E". For body type"E" steak is the meat to be eaten. Is there any substitute for steak? as i am not much of a meat eater, let alone for breakfast.
Any input would be helpful-Thanks

I am just starting this program and I am a type "E" or so I'm told. Has it been hard? I mostly find people that are A's or B's. Do you have any tips that you could give me? Also, has it worked for you?
