I want to get an AB belt and i dont know which one to get, i was thinking hte Rio AB belt, ive seen a couple on the net and they were purple and in a store near me theres one thats Blue and its called The "Rio Mens AB Belt" whats the difference? which one should i get, please help me.

I have the ab energizer, you can get it at GNC and you save on shipping. I've had it for 2 weeks and I am already seeing results!!!

ive used both the abtronic and the ab energizer, the ab energizer is better, but you will have to replace the neoprene center because cracking begins soon. im looking into ordering the rio ab belt. i heard that it is much more durable.

I got a Flex Belt and think its really great - its really good quality and I've had it for 6 months now with no problems.

I found a pretty good review page which is why i got a flex belt, and they were right! Have a look, i've posted the link.
