| Hi! does anyone know from instructions or from the infomercials which muscles are used when leaning forward and which muscles are used leaning backward on these machines?
and has anyone tried the Gazelle video set? TSC.CA is selling them, just do a search on "gazelle" there and it will come up. I'm wondering what they are like and if they are good. |
