Could anyone that has taken this share their experience with it?

RE: metabolife

I started on this product and began having health problems, heart racing and shaking. I had asked if I could take it with thyroid and they said no problem. I'm not so sure about that. I ended up not using it more than a few days.

RE: metabolife

Aside from having been whacked by the FTC and being sued by consumers for damage to their health and a few deaths ...

The main ingredient in the product is/was Ephedra - a close chemical relative of amphetamines. While it does increase you metabolism, it also increases heart rate and blood pressure.

Exercise is a much safer way to increase your metabolic rate, because in the long run is lowers BP and heart rate.
