| I purchased some exercise equipment from a friend. I got an AB Tilt-- Not quiet sure if I'm using it right. Does anyone have one?
I also got a Rock Flex. Still haven't used it. Haven't quite figured it out. Anyone ever used either of these. They were purchased from QVC. Thanks in advance. |

| maybe you could go to QVC and ask for a manual. You don't want to risk doing it wrong! |

| My DD has a Ab Tilt. Just sit with your back against the backrest, grab the handles and bend forward. You can also twist to each side while pulling the handles. There may be other ways to utilize it, but I can't find her manual either. :-) |
