Turmeric
Turmeric has natural healing properties which contains a compound called as curcumin. It is capable of blocking the proteins responsible for inflammation. Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids

It has been found that Omega 3 essential fatty acid breaks down into anti-inflammatory compounds which are useful for mitigating pain. Ginger
