Tummy fat!!!

I'm not an overweight person my and my percentage of body fat is not high. Here's the problem: my stomach is fairly flat when I stand or lie down. When I sit though it really sticks out and I get a roll. I know about cruches and so forth, but if there is a layer of fat covering my six pack how's anyone to know I have a six pack. Are there some exercises to target inch loss on the stomach area?

Pilates is excellant in targeting in on the stomach muscles. I've been doing this on and off for a few months and just recently started doing the Windsor Pilates and it's fantastic for that part of the body. I've been doing it regularly for about a month and all ready have lost inches in my mid section. Most stomach exercises bother my back but this doesn't at all and it's not boring by any means. Try it!!

Ditto Pilates! It has ways of focusing on the lower abs, where plain crunches focus on upper abs.
