| Good evening. I usually hang out at the Kitchen Table Forum.
I am a PhD student at WVU and need families to take part in a paper survey about physical activity. Below are basic details about my study. Please pass along to information to anyone who might be willing to complete the survey. All they need to do is provide me with a mailing address.
