| My husband & I have been taking Omega 3-6-9s for a few years, thinking we're doing something good for ourselves. Now we're reading that the 6s could cause inflammation..... We don't eat much processed food, so I can't see how we'd have too much Omega 6 in our diets. When this batch of 3-6-9s runs out, should we replace it with straight Omega 3s?
Thanks!

| I supplement just with Omega 3 because I get a lot of Omega 6 in my diet (I eat a lot of almonds)Most people get more than enough 6 from their diet alone |
