| I've lost about ten pounds through eating smaller portions, but due to injuries, was not exercising much. Today I tried on some bras and saw the dreadful back fat. That motivated me to start exercising again. Started this evening with my physical therapy exercises and will do a bit of aerobics. I am posting here so that I have to report my progress.
