| Has anyone heard of or better yet used this method of physical rehab exercises? They are located in San Diego CA but have some "certified trainers" in other locations around the US.
Pete Egoscue has also authored 4 books on his method. I was referred to them by my internist, but wondered about personal experiences as it is an expensive and intensive program which you perform at home 5 days a week for up to 45 minutes daily. Thanks in advance,
