| In case anyone wants to keep track of their progress, Microsoft Works has a really good fitness tracking worksheet. I'm not sure how far back in previous versions this spreadsheet goes but I do know that you don't have to have the most recent version. My personal trainer uses this worksheet and got me hooked on it.
Does anyone else use this program to keep a journal of their progress? |
