| Hi all! I am working out and trying to eat and drink much better. I drink up to 4 or 5 liters of water a day. I was curious -- if I drink a lot of water, will it cause me to have water weight and bloating? I live in Tucson, Arizona so I know that drinking water is good but I don't know if it could be too much of a good thing. What are your thoughts?
Also, I keep hearing about Dandelion Tea. Should I try this? What are the benefits? Just curious. Thanks! Dawna |

| See below. The tea is easy to find at a health food store and is inexpensive. I find it has a mild taste and doesn't need anything added to it. |
