| A Weider weight system? I bought one at Wal-Mart and I really like it but I'm basically stupid when it come to just looking at a chart. I would be nice to have a video that take you through each exercise and how many reps you are supposed to be doing. Or if you own one what do you do? I checked out the Weider website and nothing on there. Any info would be apprieciated! Thanks |
