| Hey,
I just bought a total gym 3000 and the strength training work out is great. I really hate using the gym machines and this has solved that problem. You can get a total body workout--arms, legs, back...you name it. I bought it brand new for about $425! That's quite a savings, believe me. If you're interested in getting one, email me and I'll send you the information. email address: kamdersopjul@aol.com |

| Strange..... Sounds like a sale pitch to me. For $100 you can get everything you need to train at home using Strength Resistance approach... $425 is more than I pay for 15 months at Gold's Gym... and believe me, they have a LOT of equipment. iRon |
