| I was just wondering if anyone has done the Body Flex tape, and if so, what were your results from it? My mom had ordered these tapes from qvc about a year ago. She never did use them, so she gave them to me. She said that alot of people claim that they lost weight and inches doing them. Just wondering. |

| Any exercise system WORKS. The trick is that you have to actually DO it regularly. |
