Can anyone direct me to information that help assist (free of charge) with meal planning for someone who has high cholestral?

Ask the doctor who is treating you.

Basically you just eat fewer processed foods (usually high fat), less meat, and more fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grain products. Switch to olive oil instead of butter for sauteing things.

Exrecise also helps - it increases the "good" fats in the blood.
