Problems With Treadmill...help!

I bought a treadmill from a friend of mine. It's hardly been used and is in really good shape. The only issue I am having is under the front roller where the belt wraps around is a plastic/rubber liner that wont stay put. Every time I get on the treadmill it slides over to the right and ends up all clumped together and grinds again the end of the treadmill. I was on it Sunday and a huge piece of it came flying off and it was burning hot.
I have tried and tried to get a hold of Proform with no luck.
Any ideas? |

She bought it from ProForm. I finally got a hold of them this afternoon, the wait time is horrible but they told me it's some kind of belt that needs to be replaced so I ordered a new one. The fun part will be putting it on...you have to tear the treadmill apart to get to the darn thing.
Thanks for the suggestion. I have really enjoyed using it and am just frustrated that I have to wait. :0) |
