Hi - I posted this question on the Health Forum too, just wanting some opinions about the Lifepak Nano multi-vitamins by Pharmanex that I've been taking - anyone else on these? Are they worth it? Any problems?
I've never heard of them and am often checking out the vitamin store and sites on the internet. I got involved with a particular health business that I believe sells awesome vitamins.
