Denise Austin Stretch and Tone

| Hello, i was wondering if anyone has the Denise Austin Stretch and Tone? It helps you do the pilate exercises? Sounds good, but i have bought so many gimmick things that do not work, so i am very cautious now. Any input on this would be appreciated. Thanks |

| Gee, i guess no one has this. Well, walgreens has this for $19 dollars, its the Denise Austin,Pilates Workout system. It comes with a very short video. Was just wondering if anyone knows anything about this, if they have it, if it is anygood, and can you use it with other pilate workouts. I have never done pilates, but this sounds good. |
