Help!! We need costumes by this Sunday!

My sister has planned a costume/surprise birthday party for her 25 year old daughter this Sunday, January 2nd. Now, we five adults have to come up with costumes and we're fresh out of ideas, since she just had a Halloween costume party 2 months ago!

Can anyone give us some help here - other than renting costumes (which can be quite expensive).
