I like equal parts of cran-raspberry juice and 7 up.... It's clear a little sparkly, refreshing, and easy. Looks very Christmassy with thn slices of lime floating in it. Linda C
Hmm...I have one for a potluck here at work today, but it is a bit of work ahead of time. Frozen red rasberries, boiled for 10 minutes and then pushed through a strainer (no pulp). Then you chill that, and the hardest part is done.
When you're ready to serve it, the recipe is 4 parts rasberries (cooked and strained), 1 part frozen lemonade concentrate, and 2 quarts ginger ale (so for 12 people, 4 pkgs frozen rasberries, 1 can frozen lemonade, and 2 quarts ginger ale = I bet if you doubled it there would be plenty). Just mix it all up together and serve - yummy, and pretty! :-)
