Need advice ASAP- how much beer??

| Hi there...our barn dance is this Saturday night, and we're expecting around 300 people (or maybe more). We currently have 6 half barrels of beer on order, plus 2 half barrels of champale (berry flavor wine cooler)...each half barrel gives approximately 200 12 oz. cups of beer. Do you think this is enough? Thanks much!

| That works out to a little over 5 drinks a person. That sounds about right. Are you also planning on some type of non-alcoholic drinks as well? If so, I would think that you have plenty. |

| Yes, besides beer and champale we are having soda, punch, coffee and hot chocolate, so I think we will have enough. |
