I have the change to plan a Sweet 16 Party in Oct..I have never done this...I feel as if I'm very organized and such.
There will be 100 ppl, I would be in charge of food, DJ, photograph and other things, should I charge a flat rate, if so what? Any suggestions would be great. TIA |

Is this just for planning? or for cooking and decorating as well? Figure out how much time it will take you and since this is your first gig, gharge about $15 an hour. So would you just arrange the place, get the DJ, find the caterer, decide on the menu, decide on decorations and find someone to do them, rent the tables and linens, send invitations and keep track of how many reply, see about parking and security, hire the photographer and pick up the pictures later....or would you just see to the arrangements that day?
