| I have a friend who will be leaving the country for a year to work with underprivileged kid is Thailand I think it is. WE're having an office party, what would be an appropriate gift? I can't think of anything small, or that would be useful to her. |

| Anything to do with taking photos. A journal. Gift card to a store to buy any last minute items. Maybe find out where they will be and give them a check to buy supplies for the kids. OR another great gift would be to sponsor a child. Buy disposable cameras for the kids and have them sent to you to develop and send back. |

I was thinking about supplies & considered a check. I really like the idea of a journal though..
