Hotdogs for 70...?

Can hotdogs, if already steamed /bunned and wrapped
in those foil type hotdog wrappers, be layered in a
large chafing dish for about 2 hours without harm?
If not...is there a better way?

Add 20 more hotdogs and 50 Italian sausages
plus 1 more hour.
It turned out great.

I've cookd them up and rapped them in foil and put them in a little cooler and took them swimming before. You can rap the buns in foil and lay them on top to warm them also.
