Maybe you could stil get in on the after Easter sales and buy some small toy bunnies or better yet some chocolate bunnies.

If you have a graphics program you could make seed packets. The front could have a photo of your friend and say something like "She keeps going and going...". The back could say "Thanks for coming!", date and occasion info, the type of seeds and something like "Hope these seeds keep growing and growing!".
