Hello everyone. My son's school is having an 8th grade dance and the theme will be "Hollywood". We will be serving finger foods. Here's where I need your help. We've come up with the usual stuff for dessert like brownies, star shaped cookies, chips, fruit, etc. What would you suggest we serve with the desserts with the "Hollywood" theme in mind. I appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thanks so much for helping me out.

I don't understand the question.

What to serve with desserts?

Are you saying serving food to go along with the desserts in the Hollywood theme?

Veal Oscar is what we serve at our Oscar party. But, since I hate veal I make it Chicken Oscar. LOL

I don't know how far you have to take that theme in the way of foods. When you are in 8th grade you want to be more grown-up so I don'tthink I would get too crazed with it personally.

If you do a search for "celebrity favorite recipes" you can find all kinds of sites with recipes submitted by stars. You can then label them at the dance. Below is one such site.
