Solar Pool Heating

I need advice on heating our pool (12 x 20) in the caribbean only about 5 degrees. The weather is 84 average year round going down to 75 at night. No pool cover.

I can't put the panels on the roof due to condo regulations but could put one on the deck of the pool if it wasn't too big.
