Embroidering towels - good tension?

I am completely new to embroidering, and just bought a Brother ULT2003D. I have tried on towels, and can't find a tension that works. I found the best was 0.0; but I still get messy little loops. Does anyone have advice? Thanks!!

When I embroider towels I use wash out stabilizer on top. It always comes out clean that way. Good luck!
