RE: hand embroidery

I was wondering the same thing, Molly! I don't hand embroidery consistently, but have some planned for Christmas 08. Perhaps there will be another forum linked to this site.

RE: hand embroidery

There is a Yahoo Group for Outline Stitch, Redwork/Bluework and other Embroidery. A small group recently formed but very nice and knowledgable members.

Here is a link that might be useful: Yahoo Group for outline stitch and embroidery

RE: hand embroidery

Thanks for the information. I'll take a look! JO

RE: hand embroidery

I only hand embroider, Japanese embroider (silk on silk) or hand quilt. Why can't we do our own thing here? I'm new to gardenweb, but it seems that if you "shout out" to other handworkers...maybe something will pop up. I've been a hand-worker for over thirty years, so if I can help, feel free.
