| I have updated my mothers computer to windows 7 and I installed the updates I could find on baby-lock web site. the program runs on the computer the usb device lights up but will not see the card to upload the designs. Has anyone had this problem and do you know of a patch I can download to fix this issue. the palette device works fine on her vista laptop but the win 8 desktop won't. |

| Is there an update driver for the card writer? Also, did you delete every bit & piece of the previous install of the emb program before re-installing it to the new OS? Have you ck'd the BRO site for updates (isn't Palette made by Bro?) I think I would start my journey there---look in "downloads" first. |
