New lower end model or used upper end????

Is there anything specific I really need to be looking at when buying a used embroidery machine??

My local shop has the Innovis4000D floor model offered for the same price as the Innovis2500D. I realize they are trying to move it out because they have the 4500.

If they offer a "new" warranty, what other drawbacks would there be to used??
