Send designs to card

Hello

I have the Platinum Plus and studio. with 3-d card reader writer. I just got it and am trying to figure out how to send several designs to the card. What do I click on? Do I highlight the design to send it to the card. Then click on send 1. Is that the right way of doing it? thank you .B
