| Has anyone had similar problem with Futura, I have the large hoop on but the machine still gives me the code E6, and software asks me to change the hoop ! I have switched it off and on many times, have taken off the hoop and put it back with the same results.
We got the extra sofware installed after a long battle and now everything else seems to work with windows Vista. The traditional use as a regular sewing machine is wonderful, but really like to get everything out of the machine. I also found it very easy to convert any pictures to the format the machine understands, but I have good picture prosessing software to do that for me. |
