| Has any one had problems with the embroidery fonts? I am using the internal standard block font, resized to 3/8" printing 'MASON'S SOCCER OUTFIT'. The "Os" are noticeably lower and thinner (less thread count) than the rest of the letters. Brother tech said "Yes it is bad, but nothing he could do". The result is not acceptable..... We are using firmware 1.1 (the latest). What is the solution? |
