PE Design V. 4

I have a Serial Reader Writer Box and PE Design Ver 2.0. I have upgraded to 2.5 but would really like to upgrade to 4.0 (I believe that is as high as I can go with this Card Writer). Does anyone have the software or know where I can buy it? I've tried several Brother Dealers and they say it is too old. The Brother site said that they do not sell to the public and gave me the name of all the dealers in my area and I've called them all.
