Can I use ped basic reader/writer box and card with embird

I have PED Basic and want to do more than download designs and copy them to the card to use as is or with minor size adjustments. I don't want to spend 800 plus dollars for PE design 6 and I like the idea that I can try EMBIRD free for 30 days. Will my card and box work or do I need to by a different card and reader/writer???

I use Embird in conjunction with my Amazing Box. I have to use Embird to do any editing I want to do, and then use the Amazing Box software to write to the AB card. I think Embird interfaces directly with the Ultimate Box.

I don't know if you can do the same 2 step operation with PED Basic or not...but since you can get a free trial of Embird you could download it and see if it will work.

Thanks for the response. I did download a free version of Embird. I haven't looked at it yet...
