| I am looking to buy PE Design V5. I am just getting started and cannot afford 600+ for this program afer buying everything else. I have looked on EBAY but they are wanting 200+ (and has another 5 days to go). Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

| First of all, if you go with Ebay, make sure it's the whole program and not an upgrade from an earlier version of PE Design. Next, since they are up to v. 6, I would think anyone selling v. 5 would let it go pretty cheap. Third, why do you want PE Design? Do you plan to digitize original designs? If you are just looking to combine and edit existing designs, check out Embird. It only costs around $100. You can download a free 30 day trial from their website. Embird also has several plug-ins, including a digitizing module, and the plug-ins are very reasonbly priced, too. |
