celtic knot pattern

A dear friend is getting married in December and I'm making the ring bearer pillow. I'd like to embroider a ring of triangle-based celtic knot pattern around their monogram on the face of the pillow.

While searching, all I find is a triangle celtic knot wedding ring (theirs) that I could painstakingly translate into a pattern.

Can anyone point me toward an already-drawn pattern I'm seeking?
